Grandkids (an adventure in themselves!)
Just to keep things interesting, we decided to watch our grandkids before going off our biggest trip yet. Jaidynn, 2 1/5 yrs, and London, 6months, joined us for 10 days of fun in the mountains. If you think work is challenging, lots of deadlines, people requiring your attention, never ending questions (why?) and no time for yourself, try keeping up with grandkids. Thank goodness for Nana, the mother’s touch always seemed to calm.
Great time going to the park or the recreation center for a swim or just walking down the driveway. Little ones have a ton of energy and can make those knees feel a little sore in the evening. Anyway, great time with great kids but looking forward to getting on with Ireland and Malta for some adult adventure.
BTW- I’ve driven the roads to Cleggan about a dozen times using Google Earth. Can’t say enough good things about doing this, it really does make a difference.
