Friends of la Capucha……(the Hood)

Just a post to share some of the friends (or not) that we met in la capucha. We found these guys all over Costa Rica during our road trips and some right in our own backyard. Whatever you’ve heard about how easy it is to spot wildlife in foreign countries, not true, I would recommend a guide. Couple of reasons, first, they know the area and where animals and birds are; second, you get a chance to make another friend in the world. Of course, if you already have too many friends then just use them for the scouting service.

Back on topic, the photos below are from both Collette and I using some of the most sophisticated imagery equipment available to man. Very expensive and only exceeded by government capabilities. I have a Canon EOS and Collette has a Canon Powershot, top of the line by most standards. If any images seem to have a blur or are off center and maybe a little out of focus, that’s called “art” so don’t be critical.
