Final day in Oamaru

Had another good breakfast with Allan and Keri and said goodbye to our digs in Oamaru. The drive to Christchurch should take us about 2hrs so not a long drive and through most of the same countryside was saw the day before while fishing.

Our home in Christchurch is a turn-of-the-century Victorian that has 4 bedrooms but only one bath, off street parking ( a big plus), kitchen, dining room and living room. Didn’t really need this much house but got a really good deal on the price, so plenty of room to spread out!

Also some neat art deco pieces!

Again, Carmen the Garmin had a problem finding the house, but we managed. The home is located off the largest public park in Christchurch, Hagley Park, in  a neighborhood of homes, medical offices and a small primary school. Time to unpack, do laundry and relax.
